    • Invite them to lunch, get to know them and serve them well.

    • Don’t sell them on your ideas, listen to their needs and meet them.

    • Be ready to provide practical tools, coaching, and personal attention as necessary to help them.

  • Pray! God is the one that changes lives. It is the Holy Spirit who brings conviction, revelation, and transformation.
