Registration and Access
Answers about your link, attendee number, and joining the event.
How do I access the event?
Use the access link sent to you by email to enter the Brushfire Online Experience. Sessions will not be visible until the day of the Virtual Forum.
What is my attendee number?
Your attendee number is your Brushfire Online access code. Keep it handy when joining the event. We will send it again on the morning of the Virtual Forum.
Can I share my attendee number or access link?
Each registration is valid for one individual and one screen. Only one device can use an attendee number at a time. If multiple people from your church plan to participate, please have each person register separately.
What if my attendee number says it is already in use?
You may still be signed in on another device or browser. Return to the original device or browser and click Sign Out at the bottom of the screen. Then try again from your preferred device. If you cannot access the original device, reply to our email and let us know.
Can I join late or leave during the day?
Yes. You are welcome to join or step away as needed. We encourage you to participate live as much as possible, especially during discussions and Q&A.
Watching the Event
Prepare your device and understand the livestream and replay experience.
What browser should I use?
For the best experience, use an up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Safari. Microsoft Edge also works well. Internet Explorer is not compatible with most online video players.
Can I watch on my phone, tablet, or TV?
Yes. You can watch on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. You may also connect a computer to a TV with an HDMI cable or use a compatible casting or mirroring option. Test your setup before the event if possible.
Can I pause or rewind the livestream?
You may be able to pause the video, but doing so can put you behind the live event and discussion. If you return to the live feed, you may be taken to the current point in the broadcast.
Will the sessions be available afterward?
Yes. Teaching sessions and event resources will be available on demand for 30 days after the event. Live discussion segments will not be recorded.
Why should I join live if the sessions are available afterward?
The live discussions, Q&A, chat, and networking are a meaningful part of the event and will not be included in the replay. We encourage you to protect the day as much as you can.
