Forum Registration Terms & Conditions
By registering for the Christian Stewardship Network Forum (“Forum”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise noted. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Christian Stewardship Network.
A full refund will be issued for cancellations requested more than 90 days prior to the event.
A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations requested between 30 and 90 days prior to the event.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested within 30 days of the event.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.
Registration Transfers & Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual from your church or organization at no additional cost. Requests for registration transfers must be submitted in writing prior to the start of the event.
Event Changes
Christian Stewardship Network reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, session topics, venue, or event format if circumstances require. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Travel & Lodging
Attendees are responsible for making and paying for their own travel, lodging, and transportation arrangements unless otherwise specified.
Christian Stewardship Network is not responsible for costs incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Photography & Media Release
By attending the Forum, you grant Christian Stewardship Network permission to photograph, record, and use your likeness, image, voice, and participation in event-related photography, video, livestreams, recordings, and promotional materials without compensation.
Attendee Conduct
Christian Stewardship Network is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment for all participants. We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, harassing, or otherwise detrimental to the event experience of others. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Liability
Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christian Stewardship Network, its officers, employees, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and host venues shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from participation in the event.
