Reviving Church Health Through Generosity

DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX

The Lineup

  • Did you know that money is one of the top reasons for family conflict and divorce?  In this session, we will explore how fear, shame, pride, anxiety, and even joy influence relationships and equip leaders to recognize and minister to the emotional and spiritual roots of financial behavior in themselves and those they lead, creating space for freedom and transformation.

  • Fun Fact:  There are more verses in the Bible about money and possessions than about love!

Why? Because stewardship and generosity are overarching tenets that affect every ministry in the church. Therefore, if the lead pastor or stewardship pastor/director is the only one discipling people in this area, the message won’t reach far. This session will help bring leaders, staff, and key volunteers into alignment, cultivating shared conviction, vision, and vocabulary around stewardship and generosity.

  • Stewardship shouldn't be a one-time class or sermon—it should be woven into the discipleship fabric of the church. This session will offer practical ways to integrate stewardship into classes for kids, youth, and adults as well as small groups, membership classes, leadership training, and digital communications.

  • Culture is shaped by what leaders consistently teach and practice. This session explores how every ministry team can “walk the talk”, set the tone for stewardship and generosity, and make generosity a defining characteristic of your church’s identity and mission.

  • Too often, giving is seen as a transaction instead of a transformation. This session will challenge leaders, staff, and volunteers to disciple people into whole-life stewardship—where generosity, financial wisdom, and eternal purpose intersect. It includes practical strategies for engaging every stage of the giver journey.

Stewardship isn’t just about budgets—it’s about hearts, discipleship, and the spiritual health of your church.

At Church Health & Generosity, we’ll explore how biblical stewardship is foundational to a thriving church culture. This one-day regional event is designed for pastors, stewardship leaders, and church staff who want to move beyond giving campaigns and into lasting transformation.

You’ll gain clarity around:

  • Why stewardship is a ministry of discipleship, not just a financial task

  • How generosity fuels spiritual maturity and strengthens church health

  • How to align your staff and key leaders around a shared conviction, vision, and vocabulary

Expect teaching that is deeply biblical, incredibly practical, and immediately applicable to your ministry context. This is more than a workshop. It’s a chance to gather with like-minded leaders and leave with a renewed sense of purpose, strategy, and encouragement.

Bring your team. Grow together. And begin shaping a culture of generosity that touches every corner of your church.
